A brand new reveal has come out of Marvel – everyone’s favorite quartet, the Fantastic Four, are coming to Marvel Rivals! We’ll see Mr. Fantastic, Invisible Woman, Human Torch, and the Thing enter the game as brand new playable characters, with their robot sidekick H.E.R.B.I.E also possibly featuring.
Fantastic Four Coming to Marvel Rivals
Following some earlier rumors and leaks, it’s now been confirmed that the Fantastic Four are making their way to Marvel Rivals! Coming alongside Season 1, we’ll see the four heroes become playable characters in the game.
A trailer for the update will drop on January 6, with many speculating we’ll see a ton of new content alongside the Fantastic Four, likely including at least one new map, skins, and much more!
Marvel Rivals Fantastic Four Hero Roles
While we’re still waiting for official information, some leaks have come out about the new heroes and their roles already. Here’s what they are likely to be:
- Mr. Fantastic – Duelist
- Human Torch – Duelist
- Invisible Woman – Strategist
- The Thing – Vanguard
We’re also still waiting to see details of their abilities, which will likely come during the trainer on Jan 6. Until then, we can only speculate, but it’s very likely that they’ll be faithful to the original characters and their abilities will be very much on brand.
